Game include Giraffe, Sable, Roan, Tsessebe, Kudu and Impala just to name a few! Buffalo and Rhino are absent allowing residents to enjoy walking and cycling all over the estate!

This full title stand is situated in the Wildeseringwoud area of the Estate . The estate allows you the freedom of building as small or large as you want, with no size restriction. Every stand has it's own water connection with 6000 free liters of water per month. Every house has it's own solar electricity - therefore no electricity accounts and no loadshedding! 

The estate has a lovely communal clubhouse with pool and excellent security which includes access control, electric fencing and an armed guard service that patrols the entire estate twice monthly. 

What I love about this property is the size of the stands, really giving you a sense of having a house on your own private game farm.
